I know what it’s like to want answers, need guidance and direction.  I’ve sat and struggled with making decisions because I wasn’t certain it was the right thing to do. But there is a way through this.  I can help you find focus and direction.

By working together through email support, assigning various “homework” exercises and getting to the “root” of what’s really going on, you’ll learn the answers you need so that you can move forward. There is one thing that I ask thought and it that you BELIEVE in yourself and do your best in each session! 

Email Coaching Is Not For You If…

• You prefer talking to someone over the phone rather than via email
• You don’t check your email frequently
• You don’t have a clear idea of what you want to achieve in your life
• You aren’t ready to put in the effort or time to make real changes in your life
• You don’t need accountability or motivation and can reach your goals without any help or guidance

What you’ll receive…

• Four email sessions per month with my personalized, undivided attention.

An email session looks like this:

• You’ll get a reminder each week to send off your email.  (This reminder includes some powerful questions to help you find the focus you’d like to be coached on) You can choose anytime during that week to send your response.
• I’ll respond to your email (within 48 hours) with questions, and other tools, insights, and/or exercises to help you get clear and decide on the next steps/actions that will most empower you.
• You’ll reply back with your discoveries and next steps.
• I’ll respond to cheer you on!
